Cardiac-CTA.com is a physician owned and run company that fosters unbiased, expert education and training in cardiac and vascular CT angiography.  We aim to make cardiac and vascular CT angiography more accessible and enjoyable for the health care professional.  We offer a renowned and respected cardiac CT angiography training program for both level II and level III certification. In addition we offer cardiac CT angiography maintenance courses. Peripheral vascular CT angiography training is also available. CME opportunities include The Cardiac CT Angiography CME program which will earn 40 AMA category 1 CME hours in cardiac CT angiography.  In addition, we offer a CME approved board review question set.

 

Our faculty (see below) is well respected in the field of cardiac and vascular CT and experienced in training physicians in this field.  Drs. Pelberg and Mazur have also authored  The Cardiac CT Angiography Manual,  Springer 2007.  Dr. Pelberg serves as Director of the region’s SCCT workgroup and is very active in cardiac CT advocacy.  He also serves on the credentialing committee of the SCCT. Dr. Mazur holds and Associate Professor position at the University of Cincinnati.

We are active in teaching residents, technologists, nurses, fellows and patients in the community.  We hold quarterly cardiac CT city wide conferences to educate the physician community on cardiac CT and to review cases.  We serve the indigent by providing complimentary scans to the uninsured.  In addition we are active in philanthropy having recently donated $50,000 to The Christ Hospital for nursing and technologist education. 

All in all we exist for the betterment and promotion of cardiac and vascular CT angiography.
